A Journal dedicated to Compliance and its actors
The project is to propose a reference Journal that focuses on the themes that compliance actors face in the exercise of their profession. The Journal is intended to be a reference tool, with a high added scientific value, but this does not prevent the creation of a practice-oriented section.
The journal will be aimed at the Belgian and Luxembourg market.
The Journal covers a wide range of topics such as:
- the fight against corruption
- the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing
- protection of personal data,
- international sanctions and embargoes,
- whistleblowing,
- corporate social responsibility,
- compliance with competition law,
- customer relations,
- the job of compliance officer (ethics, independence), etc.
These subjects have become essential for companies and their advisers and now represent a major economic challenge for private and public players.
In a few words:
- A magazine focused on the compliance profession in the broadest sense, at the heart of companies and in relation to external players such as lawyers and magistrates.
- A paper magazine published 4 times a year that can be combined with 1 or 2 conferences per year.
- A quarterly paper magazine in French and English, the magazine offers all compliance officers in-depth analyses and practical information.
For Who?
- Compliance officers Be - LU and FR (mandatory in the banking and financial sector)
- Risk managers
- Auditors
- Lawyers
