 Khudanyan is an international legal and corporate executive specialized in
  European\, International\, and Corporate Law. She currently serves as CEO
  of European Staal Holding B.V. and is an external partner and collaborato
 r at Grisay Lawyers & Consultants\, after previously acting as Chief Legal
  Adviser and international legal consultant on cross-border transactions\,
  corporate governance\, and regulatory compliance matters. She has extensi
 ve experience working with Russian assets\, including frozen assets\, sanc
 tions compliance\, and the implementation of firewall structures in comple
 x international environments. She completed multiple legal studies\, inclu
 ding European and International Law studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterda
 m\, and is currently completing a European Law programme at Leiden Univers
 ity. Dominique GRISAY Dominique Grisay has had a complete career as profes
 sor of EU law in Belgium and France. As a lawyer\, he has practiced EU com
 petition and Trade law for almost 40 years and is a recognized CCBE sancti
 ons specialist. His practice involve a large number of sanctions’ files\
 , and he has successfully managed an important voluntary firewall in 2024.
