 minique GRISAY Dominique Grisay has had a complete career as professor of 
 EU law in Belgium and France. As a lawyer\, he has practiced EU competitio
 n and Trade law for almost 40 years and is a recognized CCBE sanctions spe
 cialist. His practice involve a large number of sanctions’ files\, and h
 e has successfully managed an important voluntary firewall in 2024. He has
  also participated\, as speaker\, in numerous seminars on sanctions. Alexa
