1.    Payment and delivery

How much is the shipping cost?
For deliveries in Belgium, the shipping costs are 5 euros for the first book plus 1 euro for each additional book in the same order.For orders of 10 books or more, the shipping costs are free.

What payment methods are accepted?
Two methods of payment are accepted on our site:
- Secure online payment by card: Visa, MasterCard or Bancontact
-  By bank transfer. In this case, your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. A quotation will be automatically sent to you after confirmation of your order.

We invite you to make your payment as soon as possible and to resume communication upon payment.  We reserve your order for 30 days. After this period, we can no longer guarantee the processing of your order. 

When will I receive my book?
Orders are processed every day, except weekends and public holidays. As soon as payment is received, the preparation of the parcel and its shipment are ensured by our distributor Ciaco and take an average of 3 days for shipments in Belgium.Deliveries are handled by bpost. An automatic e-mail from bpost will be sent to you upon receipt of your package. This will allow you to track the shipment.

How will I receive my invoice?
The invoice is sent by e-mail to the address you gave when you ordered. Your invoices and order history are always available on your account if you have created one.

My account
We strongly advise you to create an account on our site, in particular in order to keep your contact details for a future visit and to be able to follow the history of your purchases: find your invoices, your digital books, your e-learning courses, etc.
 
How to create an account?
In the menu, click on "Sign in".
Then click on the link "You do not have an account" below the "Login" button. On the first page you will be asked for the following information: e-mail address, first and last name, profession, title and password.Once you have logged in to your account, you will then be able to add a company by clicking on the "Edit" button on the top right.

How do I add a delivery or billing address?
Select the items you wish to order on our site. Once you have finished shopping, click on "Proceed to checkout".A new page will appear on your screen. In the box with the address and shipping method, click on the "Edit" link on the right.You will then be able to enter one (or more) delivery address(es) and one (or more) billing address(es).

Forgot your account password?
In the menu, click on "Login". Then click on the "Reset Password" link below the "Login" button.An automatic email will be sent to you to set up your new password.

3.    Ordering an e-book

How does downloading digital books (ePUB, pdf...) work?
Some books are offered for sale in digital format. The purchase of this type of file is conditional on prior payment. Once payment has been received, an automatic e-mail containing your e-book will be sent to you. 

Our digital files are tattooed, then what?
Our pdf and ePUB files are protected by digital watermarking.
•    What is digital tattooing?
The tattoo is considered more as an identification than as a protection, and is affixed to the book after each sale.In other words, when the book is downloaded, several pieces of information about the buyer are watermarked.
•    What information is involved?
The watermarking affixed by Anthemis includes the buyer's e-mail address.
It is discreetly but indelibly placed at the top of the page and does not hinder reading.
•    What happens when someone tries to pirate a tattooed book?
Watermarking will not prevent the buyer of a book from sharing it. On the other hand, all the information will still be recorded in the file, which will make it possible to track down the offending Internet user in the event of abuse.
4.    Training
In the case of online training, when will I receive the practical information for logging in?
The practical information for the connection is sent by e-mail to the participants 2 or 3 days before the date of the training. Please check your email inbox!

How will I receive my certificate of attendance?
After verification of the participant's actual attendance, the certificates are sent by e-mail at the end of the course.

5.    e-learning 

What is an e-learning product?
E-learning is online distance learning using a computer tool.
E-learning consists of providing participants with a variety of content (video, PowerPoint presentation, documentation, quizzes to check that the material is understood, etc.), which can be accessed and consulted at any time.
This content is therefore accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Participants can learn at their own pace and when they wish.
An e-learning course can be composed of a single video supplemented by documentation, or it can be divided into several sections each containing a video and documentation.
