This 4-hour intensive session offers an introduction to the core principles of legal ethics as applicable to lawyers in Belgium, designed for practitioners from Anglo-American law firms operating in the country. The course emphasizes the specific features of the Belgian Code of Ethics for Lawyers, with a focus on real-life issues in an international practice context.
The training will be conducted in English only.
Ce module intensif de 4 heures propose une introduction aux principes fondamentaux de la déontologie de l’avocat en Belgique, à l’attention de praticiens issus de cabinets anglo-saxons exerçant en Belgique. Le cours mettra l’accent sur les spécificités du Code de déontologie des avocats, tout en abordant des problématiques concrètes liées à la pratique quotidienne dans un environnement international.
La formation sera dispensée en anglais uniquement.
